The Role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at iwell, you play a key role in ensuring our battery systems and components are available at the right time, in the right place, and at the right cost. You oversee the operational supply chain from demand planning and procurement to logistics coordination and inventory management.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. As our supply chain organization is still relatively young, there is plenty of room to improve, automate and professionalize processes. We are looking for someone who enjoys planning and coordinating, while also helping build structure and scale our international supply chain operations.

You thrive in a dynamic environment and feel comfortable taking ownership in day-to-day operations. You work closely with suppliers and internal teams, know how to prioritize under pressure, and continuously look for smarter and more efficient ways of working.


Key Responsibilities

1.Demand Planning & Procurement

Own demand planning, procurement and inventory availability for battery systems and components based on project pipeline and sales forecasts.

Manage supplier performance, lead times, purchasing conditions and operational risks related to pricing, logistics and availability.

Coordinate BESS orders, stock planning and supply chain alignment with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

2. Execution & Supplier Management

Act as the main operational contact for suppliers, warehouses and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments, storage and deliveries.

Manage operational escalations, delays, last-minute changes and spare part claim processes from start to finish.

Maintain strong supplier relationships and align regularly on planning, performance and operational improvements.

3. Data, Systems & Process Improvement

Own and improve supply chain processes within NetSuite (ERP), including master data, BoMs, serial numbers, reporting and operational visibility.

Drive process optimization and automation (AI) initiatives to create scalable and data-driven supply chain operations.

Support the expansion of international supply chain structures, warehouses and logistics processes across multiple entities.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement or logistics operations.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills combined with a hands-on mentality.

  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and scaling environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English. Dutch, German or Chinese is a pre.
